What a great find Madeline was for Barb and I back in 2004. She helped us wade through the complexities of long term health care policy offerings which enabled up to pick the right one. She has been there going forward and remains there for our questions today. We still believe after 17 years she got us the right policy with the right company. Madeline has been so very helpful to us in reviewing policies and reccommending changes after 12 years. We are both nearing the end of our lives, and have been fortunate to have few serious health problems, so our needs have changed, and we needed to make changes in our policies. Any time we contact her to get advise or council, she is so quick to respond. She does so much more than just sell insurance. Thank you Madeline.

Madeline was a great help to me and my husband when we were looking for long term care insurance. After dealing with my parents and health issues in their later years, we knew we wanted to have coverage for ourselves. After seven years with Madeline, we are now dealing with my diagnosis of Parkinson's Disease. Thank you for making time to review our LTC policy purchased about 9 years ago. At that time we weren't sure what we were getting but know our health at the time offered us an opportunity purchase at a lower cost than if we waited. We are both retired now and starting to process what we have and share it with our kids. Our discussion last night included two of the kids and they seem to be very happy we made this decision some time ago to purchase LTC. They have had some experiences with other relatives and knowing what we have helps them feeling more comfortable if something should arrise in the future to cover our health care. Knowing who to contact and where to find the information also helps them feel comfort.

I found Madeline to be both knowledgeable and professional. She answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of questions!) patiently and reviewed several options with me. In the end I felt very comfortable making the decision, because I felt armed with enough info TO make a decision. I would highly recommend her to others who are looking into this.

As a caregiver for my mother, who will be 96 on New Years Eve, I am appreciative of how Medicare and our Supplemental plans are so important. I am sitting at that same kitchen table which you sat at some years ago; I was basking in the great family Thanksgiving day we had yesterday and my baby girl's 42nd birthday being today and then I found your inspiring message. After my Mom's dying in 2011 and now people my age (71) sickening and dying, I am nearly as glad we met those years ago as I am that I haven't needed my LTC Insurance. :-) Enjoy your life and your family.

It is nice to know you are there in the background, just helping all of us (and all the family that will taking care of us in our old age), to live better and to our best capacity as we grow into old age and eventually into declining health. Thanks for being there!

Madeline, As you know Barb and I have had our LTCI with you for 9 years, starting when we were in our mid 50's. We are retired now. Barb has said many times how much peace of mind it gives her knowing we will not be putting a financial burden on her sons in the future. Our premiums are about $2,000 each per year. We could easily pay that for 25 years ($50,000 total) and it would still be less than the first year of long term care when and if we need it. So many of our friends envy us for having put this in place.

I consider my LTC policy one of the most important gifts that I can give my family. That I have a plan in place to help pay for my future care means the physical and financial burden on my family will be minimized. Thank you for making the process clear and not letting me procrastinate further.
